School Messenger - remove parent phone/email from blocked list

If a parent has unsubscribed from receiving emails/calls from SchoolMessenger then repeat these steps. IE. the parent calls in and claims that they are receiving texts but not emails it's likely that they've unsubscribed themselves.

1. From Powerschool, navigate to Applications > SchoolMessenger

2. In SchoolMessenger, navigate to System > Blocked Lists

3. Select either “Phone Calls/text messages" OR “Email Addresses”

4. A) IF phone was selected, enter the phone number under Blocked phones, then click Search

B) IF Email Address was selected, then enter the email address and click Search

5. If there's a match, then under the actions column, select the “Delete” value. This will just remove them from the Blocked List, it will not delete the number/email address.

Once this is done the parent should receive phone calls/texts or email messages again.
